Road Levy

All properties in Aberdeen Park pay an annual levy which is used to pay for the services that are provided (see SERVICES). Invoices and payments are handled by APMC and the amount of the levy is agreed at the AGM for the year that follows.

The levy is calculated and charged based on the Council tax band for the property and there is a Single Person Discount of 25% which is applicable for anyone who receives a similar discount on their Council Tax bill from Islington Council. 

For 2024 the rates are:

Band A - N/A
Band B - £171
Band C - £198
Band D - £225
Band E - £272
Band F - £320
Band G - £371
Band H - £444

For 2025 the rates will increase by 5%.
